1In short

• We ask only for what we need to sign you in, deliver your orders and answer you.
• We don't sell your information or give it to anyone for advertising.
• The site counts its own visits, anonymously; it has no outside tracking or advertising tools.
• Your bank card details never reach us.

2What we collect

• Your account: mobile number, first and last name, and if you wish an email and national ID. Your password is kept in a form that can't be reversed, so no one, us included, can see it.
• Addresses: the recipient's name, phone number, province and city, address and postal code.
• Orders and payments: the pieces, the amounts and the reference the payment gateway returns.
• Requests: your name and contact number, and the messages and photos you send.
• Messages from the contact page, and comments in the magazine.
• Technical details: IP addresses and the times of requests, to prevent abuse and find faults.

3What it is used for

• Signing you in and sending your sign-in code
• Placing, paying for and delivering orders, and invoicing them
• Answering your requests, messages and comments
• Keeping the site safe: limiting repeated sign-in attempts and mass sending
• Meeting legal duties, such as keeping financial records

We don't use your mobile number for promotional texts.

4Who sees it

At Davarzani Jewels, each person sees only what their work needs: the magazine's writers and those who put pieces on the site don't see your orders, payments or requests.

Outside Davarzani Jewels, only these, and only as much as they need:

• The text-message service: your mobile number and sign-in code
• ZarinPal's payment gateway: the amount, the order number and your mobile number
• The post or courier: the recipient's name, phone number and address
• Legal authorities, only when the law requires it

5What others see

Your approved comments in the magazine are shown with your first and last name. Nothing else from your account, your number included, is ever shown publicly.

Photos and drawings you send with a request are not public: they are kept apart from the site's other files, and only you and Davarzani Jewels's managers see them.

6Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps only these in your browser:

• The sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, out of reach of the page's scripts. Signing out removes it.
• A second cookie that only says someone is signed in, and holds nothing else.
• In browser storage: the light or dark theme, your cart before you sign in, a closed announcement bar, and two random numbers the site's own visit counter uses to tell browsers and visits apart. They say nothing about who you are, and the counter keeps no IP address.

If you block cookies you can still browse the site, but you can't sign in.

7How long it is kept

Your account's details are kept while the account is open. Orders and payments are never deleted, for accounting and legal duties, even when an account is closed.

Sign-in codes are valid for only a few minutes. Messages and requests are kept as long as they are needed to answer and follow them up.

8Security

The connection to the site is encrypted, passwords are kept irreversibly, and after a few wrong attempts password sign-in is closed for a while.

Still, no system is entirely without risk: choose a strong password and don't use it anywhere else.

9Your say

• See and change your name, email and national ID in "Profile".
• Delete your addresses and comments at any time, and a request too while it has no answer.
• To close your account or get a copy of your information, contact us. Closing an account hides your information from everyone, while financial records are kept as the law requires.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we keep or use information, we update this page and the date at its top. Important changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
