What holds between you and Davarzani Jewels when you buy from the Shop, send a request or write in the magazine.
1About these terms
This website belongs to Davarzani Jewels. By using it, opening an account or placing an order, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
These terms follow the laws of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Law; wherever they disagree with them, the law comes first.
2Your account
You sign in with your mobile number: with a password, or with a code sent by text. The first sign-in with a code opens an account for that number.
- An account belongs to one person; don't share your password or sign-in codes with anyone.
- Enter your name, number and address correctly; orders are sent and invoiced with them.
- What is done with your account is your responsibility; if you think someone has reached it, change your password and tell us.
We deactivate an account used to deceive, harass others or harm the site; its order history is kept.
3Pieces and prices
Davarzani Jewels pieces are made by hand, and a piece's colour, weight or details may differ slightly from its photograph. Each piece's weights and specifications are on its own page.
Shop prices are in toman. The price of gold changes every day and the site's prices may change too; the price you see when you pay is fixed for your order.
Showroom pieces are not sold online. Some have their price "on request", which we share with you through a request about that piece.
4Orders and payment
An order is placed once it is paid through secure gateway, with a card on the Shetab network. You enter your card details on the gateway itself; they never reach us.
When you go to the gateway, the pieces in your cart are held for you for 30 minutes. If no payment is made in that time, the order is cancelled and the pieces return to stock.
If money left your account but the order doesn't show as paid, the bank usually returns it within 72 hours; if it doesn't, contact us with the order number.
Until it is paid, you can cancel an order yourself from your orders page. If after payment a price turns out to be plainly wrong or a piece is no longer in stock, we cancel the order and return the whole amount.
5Shipping and delivery
Your order is sent, securely packed, to the address you chose at checkout. The shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Once it is sent, its tracking code is written on your order's page.
At delivery, look at the parcel before you sign; if it is damaged or has been opened, refuse it and tell us the same day.
6Changing your mind and returns
Within 30 days of delivery you may withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. The piece must come back unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, with its invoice and its certificate or guarantee card.
These pieces can't be returned unless they have a fault in their making:
- Pieces engraved or resized at your request
Contact us before you send a piece back. Once it arrives and the workshop has looked at it, the amount is returned to the card you paid with. If a piece reached you with a fault, sending it back is at our cost.
7Custom design and requests
From "My requests" you can ask for a design the site doesn't offer, or ask about a Showroom piece. Each request is a conversation between you and us, and sending one doesn't commit you to buy.
A price we write in the conversation is for exactly what was described. Making begins once we have agreed on the design, the time and how to pay.
Photos and drawings you send must be your own or ones you have the right to use; we use them only to answer that request.
9Designs, photographs and writing
The pieces' designs, the photographs, the magazine's writing and the Davarzani name and mark belong to Davarzani Jewels. Copying, republishing them or making a version of a design needs our written permission.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date of the last revision is at the top of this page. Each order follows the terms in force when it was placed.
11If you're not satisfied
If you're unhappy with a purchase or a service, contact us first so we can look into it.

8Comments in the magazine
Comments are reviewed before they show, and are shown under your name. A comment that is disrespectful, advertises or links elsewhere, discloses someone's personal details or has nothing to do with the story is not published.
By writing a comment you let us show it under that story. You can delete it from "My comments" whenever you like.
